Spacious bathrooms, cute lobby area, efficient shuttle service

No coffee facilities, limited dining options, breakfast variety lacking

Comfortable beds, an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a study table in the room. Awesome and great breakfast with a wide range of choice. Particularly good location close to the main city center, Tram # 5, and the buses numbered 146, great food.

The friendliest staff ever

Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. The shower's fantastic water pressure and spotlessly clean room were good touches that enhanced our stay.

The hotel has a perfect and quiet location, there is a bus stop next to it that leaves you in Gran Via if you want to visit the center and if not at any other stop you can take the subway and go wherever you want. The room is very clean and cozy, the bed is very comfortable and big, the toilet is also big and has both a shower and a bath. The breakfast was great, there was everything! Next to the hotel you can park easily and you save on parking fees. The truth is that we have been in other hotels in Madrid but this has been the best for us, we will repeat when we return to Madrid!

Actually to put something ... could inform the reception of free transfers offered by the hotel to downtown, airport and IFEMA. But as I said, for putting something to work because you complain none

The location despite being outside the centre of Madrid is perfectly quiet, the metro is a 10 or 15 minute walk away and there are places to eat with a variety of options. I have tried several cities in Spain staying in this hotel chain and all of them have generally fulfilled my expectations

The breakfast was varied like all the hotels of this chain, however it was a joke that they charged the first breakfast of the day I arrived and they told me that the service started from the second day. Another thing that I dislike quite a lot is that in advance I booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel and at the mere hour it was lucky that a van passed by the hotel because it was picking up a friend, we were waiting outside the airport for more than half an hour with the temperature down. There must be a seriousness in these two aspects

Close proximity to airport, strong water pressure in showers, unique architectural design elements

Soundproofing could really use an upgrade!!! I was bothered by the noises from other rooms and common areas. The inconsistent air conditioning made it difficult to relax comfortably. A kettle in the room would also elevate the experience!!!

The size of the room, free access to the internet and the kindness of the staff

Excellent hotel, one of the best we have stayed in. Friendly staff with good English. Is relatively far from the center of the city but has very convenient bus connection which takes about 20min. to reach the center(No.146). It was a pleasure to stay here.

We couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Maybe due to security reasons since we were on the 5th floor.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff. The hotel has quick access to a golf course and is near sports events. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately.

I like it so much, however I did not stay too much. The breakfast was good, and the staff.

I had a problem to access the wi-fi, it had a user name and a password, it did not work successfully, so I took another one it worked for only one day. Through my experience in Melvia Avenida America, where my workshop was held it is automaticly without any log in or password and I was just a guest.

Location - 1 minute from client office - so perfect. Restaurant - food and service was superb

Wifi cost - not too bad - but would not let me go back without repaying. I .e. I logged in early AM and then went to meetings, came back- had to repay as sessions was not 'continuous.' Sneaky pricing that is a cheap trick.don't do it! I was in a 4* hotel the following night the other side of Madrid and internet acess was included.

The hotel has stylish decor with spacious common areas that are easily navigable. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, with freshly baked pastries that I particularly enjoyed .

Improve room service communication for better clarity.

Close to the airpot. Easy to take the bus to downtown Madrid. Good value for money.

Newish facility with good access to city by bus. Nice bar.
